The event brings together the space sector’s brightest minds to explore innovative solutions and cutting-edge technology, and includes keynote and plenary sessions, technical talks and demonstrations across multiple tracks, a large vendor marketplace, and more.
My responsibilities spanned all aspects of the conference each year, including venue and vendor coordination, overseeing attendee booking and accommodations, arranging meetings and personnel scheduling, floorplanning, asset logistics and shipping, as well as on-site direction.
Additionally, I would manage the bustling marketplace, where high-tech vendors showcase their latest advancements, fostering an engaging and dynamic environment.
By anticipating both attendees’ and sponsors’ needs and ensuring every detail is meticulously planned, I helped create a conference that inspires collaboration and drives the future of space exploration.
